Since 1974Who are we?
The IBC Group was born from the restructuring of a conglomerate of various family businesses established in Madagascar since 1974.
After more than 45 years of devotion and active contribution to the improvement of the living environment of the population and to the economic development of Madagascar, we are further expanding our activities.
Specialized in various sectors of activity, the family businesses forming the IBC Group have always served the interest of the local population, whether in textiles, hardware products or spare parts.
The desire to merge into a group then presents itself as a natural step. Our main objective is to improve the performance of our team and to satisfy our customers.
What are our goals?
The IBC Group strongly believes that everyone’s involvement is the key to success. By merging, we gather all our financial, material and human resources, with the aim of establishing a positive citizen approach for the achievement of a sustainable development of Madagascar.
Indeed, we keep to the idea that to build a better future, we must act together. We are basing ourselves on these fundamental principles to carry out our various actions oriented towards the promotion of the human beings in their possession of the necessary capacities to develop the country.
As a result, we are present in various sectors of activity in order to achieve our main objectives. With a breath of modernity, our companies are actively working to offer sustainable development solutions that benefit everyone. Local and international partners and employees work hand in hand to overcome all the challenges that hurdle in our way.
What about our sustainable development projects?
The IBC Group has set up more than thirty thermal power plant sites throughout Madagascar. We are in the development phase of an ecological project for the country. Our teams are actively looking for the most effective way to make the most of natural resources and to introduce industrial diversification in Madagascar without destroying the environment.
We work in a close partnership with the Malagasy State, in particular through the JIRAMA, by submitting generators, spare parts and consumables, electrical equipment and building materials.
